Grand-PALs is a non-medical, peer-to-peer companionship company that hires retired adults to provide joy-based visits to seniors—focusing on games, conversation, and connection for those who need it most. We’re not home care. We’re human care.

Grand-PALs is a senior companionship service built around connection, dignity, and purpose. The program pairs caring, trusted companions—many of them retired individuals—with seniors who may be experiencing loneliness or isolation. “When you can’t be there… we can.”

Many of our team members are retired professionals, including former educators, military veterans, business owners, and community leaders.
